Efe Okay served as Designer and Animator on this branded content piece produced by CNN Create — the international branded content studio of CNN International Commercial — for Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), the world's first independent regulator for virtual assets. The project was produced under Creative Director Adnan Kazi, with sound design and mix by Benjamin New and produced by Angela Confeggi and Laura Farmer. CNN Create is CNN's dedicated commercial content division, producing high-end motion design and branded storytelling for governments, global corporations, and institutions distributed across CNN's international platforms and reach. The piece promotes Dubai's pioneering approach to cryptocurrency regulation and its ambition to become the world's leading hub for digital finance and virtual assets — requiring motion design that communicates complex financial regulation with clarity, credibility, and the visual authority befitting CNN's global brand standards.
